1. Introduction

Daily Bread (“the App”) is an educational King James Version (KJV) Scripture reference guide developed by Angel Gabriel. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

A. We do not collect accounts, personal information, or tracking data; we do not use advertising identifiers or sell or share personal data.

B. Apple. Voluntary in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your credit card, Apple ID, or billing details—only confirmation that a purchase was completed. Apple’s privacy policy

C. Support emails. If you contact support@angelgabriel.co.za, we may receive your email and message content. Used only to respond; not shared with third parties.

3. Data Storage

The App does not store personal data on external servers. Preferences are stored only on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple’s StoreKit for in-app purchases. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking.

5. Children’s Privacy

Suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Security

The App does not collect or store personal data; exposure risk is minimal. Purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store.

1. About the App

Daily Bread provides Christian devotional and biblical content for personal spiritual growth and reflection.

All core app content is available without purchase.

The App may offer optional in-app purchases, including one-time support payments and auto-renewable subscriptions, to support the ongoing development and maintenance of the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to digital services.

By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

One-Time Support Purchases

The App may offer optional consumable purchases. These are voluntary support payments and do not unlock additional content unless explicitly stated.

All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Subscription pricing may vary by region and is displayed in the App prior to purchase.

4. Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. We do not have access to billing information and cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including text, design, graphics, and branding, is owned by Angel Gabriel Aeronautics or used under appropriate license.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display content from the App without prior written permission.

Biblical text translations may be subject to their respective copyright holders.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Use the App in any unlawful manner
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality

7. No Financial or Spiritual Guarantee

The App is provided for informational and devotional purposes only. We do not guarantee spiritual outcomes, accuracy of interpretation, or uninterrupted availability. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angel Gabriel Aeronautics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
